memoryfoam123 aims to provide quality goods, competitive prices, and helpful and knowledgeable service at all times.
The following terms of business are provided for your protection and clarity when purchasing.
5-Year Guarantee
All our mattresses and toppers are covered by our 5-Year Guarantee against manufacturing faults. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Product Specification
memoryfoam123 reserves the right to make improvements to or change the specifications of our products without notice.
Price and Tax
All prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate prevailing in the UK.

Availability
We make every effort to ensure that all products shown are in stock. However we cannot guarantee the availability of any product shown on our website. If any item is unavailable, and you do not wish to wait for it to become available, full payment will be refunded to you without question. The inclusion of a product on our website does not constitute an offer of sale.
Returning goods
You may cancel your order from memoryfoam123 within seven days of receiving the goods. If you wish to do this, you must inform memoryfoam123/Taurus Beds Ltd of your intention, by email, within seven days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned, unopened, in their original wrapping and at your expense to: Taurus Beds Ltd, 167 Finchley Road, London, NW3 6LB.
If you wish us to arrange for us to collect the goods from you, a charge of £45.00 per mattress (£60 per mattress for the Highlands of Scotland) will be deducted from your refund.
Once the goods have been received, unused, unopened and in good condition, memoryfoam123/Taurus Beds Ltd will refund the purchase price to you, minus any collection made for collecting the goods from you.
‘Made-to-measure’ mattresses & toppers, which are special orders built for you to your own specifications, may not be cancelled once the order has been processed.

Please check the drop-down menu on the product detail page of the mattress you are considering to ensure that that particular mattress is available in the size you require.
Delivery
Mattresses and other goods are delivered free for mainland addresses in England & Wales and southern Scotland. Please contact us first for delivery to: IV, KW, PH and AB postcodes, or for delivery offshore.
Our delivery company make two attempts to deliver. After two attempts, the goods are returned to us. A charge of £35 per mattress is then made to re-deliver.
If you order a mattress incorrectly and it is then delivered, a £35 charge will be made to exchange it. If you are in any doubt about the type or size of mattress you are ordering, please telephone us first. We will be delighted to discuss your mattress with you and make sure you order correctly.
We use good, dependable couriers with whom we are in daily contact. However, memoryfoam123/Taurus Beds Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery occurring as a result of difficulties experienced by couriers or other third parties.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
You should inspect goods before signing for them. Damaged or faulty goods should be reported to us immediately either in writing or via email (help@memoryfoam123.co.uk). We will then make arrangements with you for the goods to be returned to us and replaced.
Consumer Rights
These Terms and Conditions are offered for your protection and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
