Delivery

All prices shown on memoryfoam123 include the cost of delivery of your memory foam mattress, memory-foam/pocket sprung combination mattress, high-density foam mattress, memory foam mattress topper or memory foam pillows to the mainland England, Wales & southern Scotland delivery address you provide when placing your order. Please contact us first for delivery to: IV, KW, PH and AB postcodes.

Delivery speed

If the item you are purchasing is one of our most frequently ordered products, marked ‘Express Delivery’, it will be delivered the following day if you place the order before 11am, and the day after that if you place the order after 11am.

If the item is marked ‘Standard Delivery’ it will usually be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Unpacking your memory foam mattress

Mattresses are delivered rolled and vacuum packed. On delivery, the package should be opened, all packing material removed, and the mattress unrolled flat onto your bed frame or base. It will slowly inflate of its own accord, as air enters the cells of the foam.
